I am on a breakfast kick I saw on Pinterest. I beat 2 eggs, put them in a fry pan and cook them most of the way but not all the way. Drop a tortilla on top of the egg, whole wheat, low carb or flour. Cook for a couple of minutes. Flip it to tortilla side down, egg side up. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, veggies, salsa, or whatever else I want. Then roll it into a log. The tortilla gets slightly crunchy. This has been my thing lately. High on the protein.

I lost my nails early in my diagnosis. My pinky nail just came off in one piece. They were confused about it as well. They gave me some antifungal stuff, but it did nothing. I have Raynaud's, Sjogren's, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, and the list goes on, on top of my SLE. I understand the struggle. Sadly, our stories are so similar. Plaquinil made me psychotic and didn't help, but I got on the trials for benlysta so my hospital visits have slowed down dramatically. Hang in there, girl!! You are so much stronger than you think!! I like bombas bc they have the lip behind the heel to protect from shoe scraping and they’re thick but I recently bought a new pair after 3 years with my original pair and I feel like the fabric is different :( but it’s still thick

What you can do if you want to create more waves, is this braid your hair when its damp and braid it in tiney braids so lets say 10 braids on your whole head. Sleep with them in and in the morning unbraid them. Its called a braid out. I naturally have small spiral like curls (3c/4a type.) And I do this when I want a different texture. It works on all hair types but the weave is different depending on your texture. Since your natural hair has a slight curl to it I think it can give you Carrie from sex in the city type curls if you do it right.
